Steps for Creating Star Graph:

1. Draw n axes with beginning in point S. All axes have the same length.
2. Find ideal values for each criterion - set and basal values for each criterion – set 
3. Make a linear graduation on each j-th axis with beginning in the point S with the value D_j and end at the end of axis with value H_j.
4. For the variant make a mark for each value x_ij on j-th axis and connect all n mark for the a_i variant.
